Reserve Your Mediation Date
Choose an open date, confirm a few details, and you’re on my calendar. No holds, no proposed alternatives, and no waiting for a reply. Mediations run statewide by Zoom, with private rooms for each side.

New dates are released each weekday.
A copy-and-paste list of my open dates over the next several months, handy for coordinating dates with opposing counsel by email.
Pick a Date to Begin
Select any available date on the calendar. Open dates are shown in teal. Once you choose one, a short form appears here so you can confirm and lock it in.
If multiple actions are involved, just use the lead case.
Mediation fee: $12,500 per day, split evenly between the parties unless otherwise agreed. Choose Complex for class, PAGA, or multi‑plaintiff matters.
Helpful for setting up the pre-mediation call. Add as many as you like; you can also send this later.
There’s no charge to reserve. You’ll get a confirmation email right away.
After You Reserve
Three Items, Within Seven Days
Reserving holds the date right away. To keep it, I’ll need three things within seven days. Everything stays confidential.
The Caption Page
If the action has been filed, send the caption page so I can open the matter with the correct parties and case number.
The Fee Split
Confirm how the mediation fee is divided between the parties, so billing is settled before we meet.
The Service List
Send the full service list so everyone who should receive correspondence is on every email going forward.
Seven‑day hold. If I don’t receive these three items within seven days, the date is released so it can return to the calendar for others. I’ll send a reminder before then.
Once those are in, I’ll send the full mediation packet: the Zoom details, the invoice, the briefing guidelines, the notice of mediation, and my W‑9, along with the key dates for payment, cancellation, and briefs.
