Every mediation is a single flat fee that covers the entire engagement—preparation, pre-session calls, the session itself, and a reasonable follow-up if that is what it takes to get a deal papered. No administrative charges, no scheduling fees, no hourly meter running after the session ends.

The fee is customarily divided equally between the parties ($4,750 per side for individual matters; $6,250 per side for class, PAGA, and hybrid matters) unless they agree to a different split. Fee terms are confirmed in writing when the mediation is booked.

One number covers preparation, the session, and follow-up. If closing the gap takes calls the following week, that’s part of the engagement—not a new invoice.
Continued sessions
If a matter genuinely needs a second full session, that’s discussed and agreed before any additional fee is incurred. No one gets surprised.
